The space

Step into the backyard oasis, completed with a picnic bench, hanging twinkle lights, flower gardens, and a barbecue grill, perfect for intimate gatherings with family and friends.

Inside, the unit features two spacious living rooms, each offering unique amenities. One boasts a cozy couch for 12 people and a breakfast table for 4, while the other is equipped with a 60-inch TV and a 4-seater couch, overlooking the picturesque backyard patio.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring an air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, waffle maker, blender, microwave oven, baker oven, double-door fridge, 4-burner stove top, and a double-sided sink. A half bathroom downstairs provides added convenience.

Upstairs, unwind in the serene ambiance of the master bedroom, complete with a balcony overlooking the backyard, an air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, king bed, and an attached bathroom with a jacuzzi, stand-up shower, and his and hers face sinks.

The middle room offers a queen bed, 35-inch TV, desk, chair, and full-length mirror, while the end bedroom boasts another queen bed, closet, vanity, and balcony with stunning views of the community and surrounding greenery.

During your stay at our alarm-secured townhouse, you’ll enjoy complete privacy and exclusivity, as there are no shared common areas within the unit. The entire townhouse is yours to enjoy throughout your visit, providing a sense of comfort and relaxation. While the yard space is shared with a long-time tenant, rest assured that she keeps to herself and is not a bother. If you happen to encounter her, a friendly “Hello!” is always appreciated. Access points to the property include both the front and back doors, ensuring convenient entry and exit during your stay.
